Toni Braxton Is NOT Getting Married

There will be no wedding bells in Toni Braxton’s immediate future as she recently shot down rumours that she and rapper Birdman got married.

The 56-year-old “Un-Break My Heart” songstress plainly put the gossip to rest with an Instagram post last weekend.

“My dear friend Birdman and I are not married… never been married. We are both single,” Braxton captioned an image of a fake news headline stating that the two had been privately wed in Mexico.

The pair started dating in 2016 and two years later announced that they were engaged – which was called off in early 2019 due to their conflicting work commitments. Nevertheless, Braxton and the 54-year-old record executive have been on and off since then.

Braxton was previously married to record producer, Keri Lewis, in 2001. The couple announced in 2009 that they had separated, and four years later they divorced. They share two children, 20-year-old Diezel Ky and 22-year-old Denim Cole.
